The Leprecon Inc Annual
Meeting will be Sunday August 7 at 3pm MST at Coco's Restaurant, Priest
Dr & Elliot Rd, Tempe, AZ.
All fans who had Attending memberships at LepreCon 37 are members of
Leprecon Inc. per our bylaws except dealers and artists who had items
for sale at the convention. Dealers and artists who did are still
welcome
to attend and participate.
We will be electing one 3-yr voting board position. One 2-yr voting
board member will roll off and another will roll on due to the Past
Chair provision. Because the other 2-yr voting board member becomes our
President, and thus must take a non-voting board position, we will be
electing a replacement voting board member to fill the remainder of
that Past Chair position.
If anyone has an item for the agenda, please contact me in advance.
Members who cannot attend, but wish to send proxies for voting
purposes may do so in writing by signed and dated letter naming
their attending proxy member. They may also send an email to the
Chairman (mwillmothATearthlinkDOTnet) and to the Secretary
(nadineaATgmailDOTcom) of the Board no later than Saturday Aug 6 at
