Artist Guest of Honor: Daniel Davis, Steam Crow

Steam Crow is a Phoenix, Arizona studio, where we design, illustrate and create astonishingly good monster goods. Established in 2005 by artists Daniel and Dawna Davis, we're dedicated to making amazing and odd goods with our unique spookycute aesthetic. In early 2005 we hit the comic convention circuit as "Steam Crow", and we've never looked back.

Author Guest of Honor: Gail Carriger

New York Times Bestselling author Gail Carriger writes to cope with being raised in obscurity by an expatriate Brit and an incurable curmudgeon. She survived her early years by reading most of her local library and memorizing Greek battles. Eventually, she escaped small town life and inadvertently acquired several degrees in Higher Learning. In pursuit of further finishing, Ms. Carriger traveled the historic cities of Europe, subsisting entirely on biscuits secreted in her handbag. She now resides in the Colonies, surrounded by fantastic shoes, where she insists on tea imported from London.

Local Art Industry Guest: Krysta Crawford

In her spare time, Krysta Crawford, also volunteers with the Arizona Avengers group, plays guitar, designs chain mail, is a nurse, attends school, is an award winning chef, and a full time mother to little one that participates with mom and dad in cosplaying!
