Room Parties at LepreCon will be in Building 1 just west of the hotel lobby in the south-facing rooms. These comprise 1001-1009, 2001-2009, 3003-3009 (3001 is part of the two-story townhouse accessible via 2001). Odd numbers only will be party rooms; even numbers are on the other side of the building.

Fans and/or groups wishing to host an official party must comply with the Leprecon, Inc. Room Party Policy. That policy states that the Room Party Coordinator for a given party must purchase at minimum an Attending Full Membership; all other persons assisting at that party are not required to have memberships. However, the convention requests that you do so to help the convention.

The first step to requesting a party location is to make a hotel reservation using the online link or calling the toll-free phone number and giving the group code -LPR- so that we get credit for your stay. You can also call the hotel directly and mention the same code. The reservation must be made in the name of the Room Party Coordinator; others may also be added to the reservation as desired.

The second step is to Contact Us and request a party location using the confirmation number received after performing step one above.

The third step is to make sure that the Room Party Coordinator for your party has purchased at minimum an Attending Full Membership.

**Your party will not be officially located until all three steps occur.**

The convention hotel has very few large suites and the only ones located in the party block are planned for use by the convention itself. Should a party need more than a two-room suite (aka standard room at this property), then interconnecting rooms are available. In that configuration you will need to make two room reservations, then request that they be joined for the one party. Again, the Room Party Coordinator must be on both reservations in order to make this happen.

If you have any questions, please Contact Us and we’ll work with you on what you want to do.
